Join MMA Nation at 4 p.m. ET as we bring you live results for the semifinals of the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix. Today's event takes place at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio, the same location for tomorrow night's fights. In the main event, former UFC heavyweight champion Josh Barnett will face former fellow PRIDE competitor Sergei Kharitonov as part of the semifinals of the tournament. Both fighters must make the heavyweight limit of 265lbs to be sanctioned to compete.
In the co-main event, heavyweights Antonio Silva and Daniel Cormier will meet in the other half of the tournament bracket. They, too, must make the 265lbs weight limit.
Also appearing on this card is Roger Gracie vs. Muhammed Lawal (a light heavyweight bout), Ronaldo Souza vs. Luke Rockhold for the Strikeforce middleweight title and Pat Healy vs. Maximo Blanco (a lightweight bout).
