The two men will meet Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada with Ortiz's WBC world welterweight championship and Mayweather's undefeated record on the line.
Both fighters are looking to come in at (or under) the 147 pound welterweight limit.
Mexican boxing legend Erik Morales (51-7, 35 KO) and opponent Pablo Cesar Cano (22-0-1, 17 KO) will also be checking in for their undercard fight. Also, prospect Jessie Vargas (16-0, 9 KO) and Josesito Lopez (29-3, 17 KO) will look to make weight for their super lightweight bout.
