VIDEO: Khan Vs. Peterson Weigh-Ins With Amir Khan, Lamont Peterson And Others

Above is the video from today's weigh-ins for tomorrow's Amir Khan vs. Lamont Peterson boxing event here in Washington, D.C. All fighters made weight for tomorrow's fight card. In the main event, Khan, the WBA and IBF light welterweight title holder, had to make the contracted 140 pound weight limit. He tipped the scales at 139 pounds. Challenger Lamont Peterson also had to make the 140 pound weight limit and did so at that number precisely.

In the co-main event, heavyweight challenger Seth 'Mayhem' Mitchell and his opponent had to be above the 200 pound weight minimum and both were. Mitchell tipped the scales at 240.5 pounds while Ibragimov weighed in at 221 pounds.

Today's weigh-ins took place at the Carnegie Library in Washington, D.C. In addition to the fighters, boxing standouts Bernard Hopkins, Oscar De La Hoya and Paul Williams were all in attendance.
