- Dan Henderson is the latest fighter to join in Chael Sonnen's claims that Anderson Silva ducks opponents. Dana White, however, says the reality is much more simple: "Dan Henderson knows it, Chael knows it, and every other fighter that fights in the UFC knows it, you can't fake an injury. It's impossible to do."
- Speaking of Chael Sonnen, the people's champion was at it again on Wednesday afternoon. Most fighters would be happy to fight on network television, but Sonnen took things to a different level with this little gem, "I think everybody up here is grateful to be on Fox. They say, 'Fox, thanks.' Everybody but me. I would say, 'Fox, you're welcome. You've been telling people for years you've got the American Idol and now you finally do.'"

On Thursday Dana White responded to the outcry: "What do you want me to do? You want me to have our lawyers draw something up and I'll come out and read it to you guys?"
- Chan Sung Jung, aka The Korean Zombie, knows he'll be the underdog against Mark Hominick at UFC 140, but he has a message out there for all the non-believers: "Wait and see!"
