UFC On Fox 2: Dustin Jacoby Vs. Chris Camozzi Added To Fight Card

A middleweight contest between Dustin Jacoby and Chris Camozzi is the latest addition to the UFC on Fox 2 fight card. UFC officials confirmed the bout on Wednesday. The loser will likely face a release from the promotion.

Jacoby (6-1), a 23-year-old knockout artist out of Finney's HIT Squad, fell short in his recent UFC debut by dropping a unanimous decision to Clifford Starks. The former NCAA quarterback previously racked up a string of six straight wins -- with five via first-round stoppage -- in less than a year to kick off his professional career.

Camozzi (15-5), meanwhile, dropped his UFC record to 2-2 after losing to Francis Carmont at UFC 137 in his first fight back with the promotion. Prior to the loss, the former TUF 11 cast member earned victories in five of six contests, including a split decision win over Joey Villasenor to pave his way back into the Octagon.

UFC on Fox 2 takes place on January 28, 2012 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Three high-profile contender matches are slated for network broadcast -- Rashad Evans vs. Phil Davis, Mark Munoz vs. Chael Sonnen, and Michael Bisping vs. Demian Maia.
