I spoke to Seth Mitchell at the open workouts for Khan vs. Peterson a few weeks ago and Bad Left Hook picked up on it. Mitchell is arguably America's best heavyweight prospect and faces Timur Ibragimov this weekend as part of the co-main event of the night. Mitchell discusses head injuries relative to football (he played for Michigan State University), watching tape on opposition and a whole lot more.
Now, this interview was conducted before the Cotto vs. Margarito fight, so Mitchell opines about what he thinks will happen in that bout (he thought Margarito would be too much, but is generally a Cotto fan). Don't be too obsessive over that issue.
We'll have more on Mitchell's fight with Ibragimov throughout the course of the week.
