Cole Miller may be out for revenge when he makes his featherweight debut at UFC on FX 2.
According to reports from MMA Weekly, the former lightweight is slated to fight "The Ultimate Fighter 14" alum Steven Siler at the March 3rd event. Siler notably defeated Miller's brother, Micah Miller, to earn a spot in the TUF 14 house. UFC officials have yet to confirm the match-up.
A veteran of "The Ultimate Fighter 5," Miller (18-5) has racked up a 7-3 record since debuting inside the UFC with a first-round TKO win over Andy Wang, collecting four "Fight Night" bonuses on the way. Known as "Magrinho," the 27-year-old has tasted victory in three of his last four bouts, capped by second-round submission of T.J. O'Brien in August.
Meanwhile, Siler (19-9), a 24-year-old prospect out of Victory MMA, fell victim to a brutal first-round KO at the hands of eventual featherweight winner Diego Brandao in the TUF 14 quarterfinals. Nonetheless, "Super" managed to earn a spot in the UFC by defeating Josh Clopton via unanimous decision in December's season finale.
UFC on FX 2 is slated for March 3rd, 2012 and will air live on FX. A welterweight match-up between Martin Kampmann and Thiago Alves is the night's main event.
