ROUND 1 - Both fighters begin orthodox. Neace opening the round with movement and a lot of jabs. Neace lands a hard right, but eats a hard left hook. Now Caraway lands a right uppercut. Left hook to the body finds the mark for Caraway. Caraway shoots a double and turns it into an outside trip. Caraway stands out of guard for ground and pound and as he comes down gets caught in an inverse triangle. Caraway escapes, working now from half guard. Caraway moves to knee on belly and tries to take the back and Neace rolls. He gets is briefly and sort of postures out for an arm bar/triangle.

ROUND 2 - Inside leg kick from Caraway to start the round. And another. Neace doing a lot of moving, but not a lot of striking. Caraway drives forward with punches, and a few land somewhat. Caraway shoots a double and finds himself in side control. Neace goes base down and now trying to scoop double Caraway off the fence. Caraway hits a modified peak out, turns the corner take the back. Without much hand fighting, Caraway sinks the choke and gets the win.
