Bubba Jenkins, the 2011 NCAA division 1 157 pound national wrestling champion, won his professional MMA debut last night at Tachi Palace Fights 11 in Lemoore, California. Fighting at 155 pounds, Jenkins survived an early scare when his opponent Josh Williams locked in a tight guillotine choke after Jenkins immediately shot in for a take down. Jenkins was game though and scrambled out of the hold. Moments later Williams was tapping out to avoid a continued barrage of punches from Jenkins.
