- Now that we're on the subject, the UFC 140 conference call took place on Thursday afternoon and MMA Nation was there with full coverage. Listen to complete audio of Jon Jones, Lyoto Machida, Frank Mir, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, and Tito Ortiz discuss their upcoming match-ups.

- Earlier on this week's round-up we featured Ronda Rousey and Meisha Tate's much-discussed debate from Monday's MMA Hour. As the days went on, talk about Rousey's claims appeared to gain credence, that is, until Jonathan Snowden stopped by to put it all in perspective: "The truth, hidden or obfuscated throughout the discussion, is that there is absolutely zero evidence Rousey is a marketable challenger for Tate. There's no indication that anyone would be."

- Interested in an action movie featuring Bas Rutten and Method Man? Sinners and Saints may be for you. For more info, check out MMA Mania.

- Watch as an 11-year-old boy saves his nine-year-old sister from a potential kidnapping because of "years of jui-jitsu practice".

- Incredibly, a certain Stockton native could be up for "Stocktonian of the Year": "This isn't about maturity or proper behavior and decision making. What he has is talent and presence and ... the potential to be a Stockton athletic rallying cry."

- Chael Sonnen vs. Mayhem Miller, who's the UFC's best smack talker? The fighters sound off.

- Speaking of Chael Sonnen, the middleweight contender may have already revealed his next opponent. And it's not who you think.

- We'll leave you with Mac Lethal, aka "The Chael Sonnen of Rap", absolutely killing an MMA/breakfast themed version of "Look at Me Now".
