Through nine rounds of action Lamont Peterson has nearly finished Amir Khan and vice versa. Khan, however, seemed to turn the fight around in the eighth round and is still leading on our scorecards. We have it 86-83 for Khan thus far. What a fight.
ROUND 10 - Peterson and Khan look exhausted and Peterson lands a great uppercut. The referee here is doing a less than able job, but the two fighters press on. Khan seems to be the fresher of the two, but both very dangerous. Peterson ducks a fast, hard left hand from Khan. Peterson doing a much less effective job of cornering Khan and he's getting picked off as a consequence. His punches have lost some steam. Nice right hand from Peterson, though, against the ropes. Peterson wings two rights and hits air.
MMA Nation scores this round 10-9 Peterson.
