Heading in the sixth round of the WBA and IBF light welterweight title fight between champion Amir Khan and challenger Lamont Peterson are putting on an excellent display, but Khan seems to be back in control. He used superior movement in the fifth to stay out of Peterson's power punches. We've got it 49-45 through five.
ROUND 6 - Peterson with a jab to open. Khan coutners a Peterson jab, but the DC fighter mostly blocks them. Peterson looks strong on the inside, but Khan doing his best to avoid him. Khan loosening up now and Peterson's chasing. Nice left to the body by Peterson, but Khan circles out. Khan opening up with two and three punch combinations, but Peterson rips two shots to the body of Khan. Peterson drives an uppercut to Khan's jaw and then a hard right hook.
