In the fourth round of Amir Khan vs. Lamont Peterson at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., Khan continued to be hurt by Peterson, but likely took the frame on our scorecards. Both landed big punches, but Khan was slightly more active. We have it 39-36 for Khan through four.
ROUND 5 - Peterson with a jab now. Peterson with a nice uppercut to the body of Khan the fighters clinch. Both fighters seem to be slowing just a touch as the rounds wear on. Khan times a Peterson left and lands several punches of his own. Khan seems more alive this round, sticking and moving way more. Khan slips trying to counter and the fight resumes. Right hand by Khan, but it mostly glances. Fighters trade hooks and now Khan lands a right. Jab by Peterson and Khan doing a better job of staying off the ropes. 2-punch combo for Khan
