Canadian submission artist Claude Patrick (14-1) risks his 3-0 UFC record against the very volatile and unpredictable veteran Brian Ebersole (48-14-1), who's 2-0 in the Octagon himself. The two welterweights meet on the pay-per-view card of UFC 140 in Toronto.

Ebersole, 31, is known for shaving his chest hair in silly patterns and busting out wild moves like rolling cartwheel kicks in the Octagon. He's also known for his gritty fighting style and the cage calm you'd expect from a man who's spent the last decade toiling away in MMA's trenches.

Patrick is only a year younger than Ebersole, but he's a lifetime younger in pro MMA years. He is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu who likes to look for submissions, but that will be tough against the savvy Ebersole.

Look for Ebersole to stay calm and keep out of submission trouble in a fairly ungainly fight that will likely see a lot of standing clinch work decide the outcome. Ebersole should take home a decision win.
