VIDEO: Marius Zaromskis Rolling Axe Kick KO

Marius Zaromskis' stateside Strikeforce experiment may have not gone as planned, but the head-kick knockouts that earned him some notoriety are still being handed out. Except maybe a little differently this time.

Zaromskis faced Brazilian Bruno Carvalho at ROTK - Rumble of the Kings 6 yesterday at the Hovet Arena in Stockholm, Sweden. Just before the end of the first round, Zaromskis rolled forward and drove his heel into neck/back of the head of Carvalho. The Brazilian briefly hung on before being dropped again. Unfortunately the referee let the fight continue about 10 billion strikes too long.

This kick was made famous in MMA circles when Harold Howard tried it against Steve Jennum in the finals of UFC 3:
