Next Thursday's UFC 137 pre-fight press conference will be open to any mixed martial arts fan that wishes to attend, in accordance with recent UFC protocol. Hosting the presser is UFC President Dana White, who will be accompanied by a panel of former UFC lightweight champion B.J. Penn and former Strikeforce champion Nick Diaz -- hopefully. Heavyweight co-headliners Matt Mitrione and Cheick Kongo may also be in attendance.
The press conference begins at 4:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. PT at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, with doors opening to the public an hour beforehand. For those not able to attend, the proceedings will also be streamed live on MMA Nation.
