UFC 137: B.J. Penn Vs. Nick Diaz Media Conference Call

Georges St. Pierre and Carlos Condit were expected to be amongst the panel, however the pair's removal from the card places Matt Mitrione and Cheick Kongo into the spotlight.

According to an official press release issued on Monday, today's call was intended to feature B.J. Penn and Nick Diaz, as well as UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre and number-one contender Carlos Condit. However, due to the unexpected nature of St. Pierre's injury and subsequent removal of both he and Condit from the card, new co-headliners Matt Mitrione and Cheick Kongo have been added to the dias.
