Aldo's Takedown defense

Jose Aldo’s Takedown defense or takedown grab the fence, changed the out come of the fight… While his well timed knee was excellent in execution and result…there was nothing excellent about him grabbing the fence to avoid being slammed…Aldo’s Takedown " Da’ Fence was effective and gave him theopportunity to land knee strike.
